NATURAL VARIATIONS

The use of natural materials means that each product will become more beautiful with age and wear. All hides are raw and therefore bear natural markings and blemishes made by the animal. Due to the handmade nature of each product, no two pieces are the same. Imperfections should be celebrated as they add unique character to handcrafted pieces.

Suede and Nubuck:

Darker and vibrantly colored suedes may stain lighter colored clothing and other materials if placed in close contact. To prolong the life of your suede or Nubuck leather product we recommend pre-treating the leather with a suede/Nubuck protectant and avoiding exposure to water or other liquids. We also recommend occasionally treating the leather with a suede brush, which can help smooth any marks or indentations on the surface.

Springbok:

If your springbok becomes dirty, gently wipe it down with a damp cloth and allow to slowly air dry. Prolonged distress on your springbok fur accessory could cause the hair to fall out.

How do I return my purchase?

In order for us to exchange any goods or provide you with a refund, you must produce proof of purchase, being the invoice written, printed, emailed or SMSed.

Should you wish to exchange or return goods within 15 days of being purchased, we will exchange them for you or, if you are returning the goods, we accept them and reverse the transaction and give you a refund provided that:

1.The goods are unworn or unused;

2. The price ticket (if applicable) is attached;

3. All original, sealed packaging (security seal or shrink wrap must be intact (if applicable) and hang tags attached; and

4. The goods are in saleable condition.

You will be liable for any and all courier and/or delivery charges in the event of the goods being exchanged or returned to us and a refund being requested.

What if the item I bought is defective?

We may repair or replace defective goods provided proof of purchase is produced (being the invoice written, printed, e-mailed or SMSed).

We will repair the defective goods if it is assessed, by us to be repairable condition, which is determined on a case by case basis in our sole discretion.

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery will be 3 to 5 working days. Delivery excludes Weekends and Public Holidays. If the delivery falls under a rural area then the delivery lead time would be 4 to 5 days. Delivery is Door to Door, any person signing for the goods at the delivery address supplied by the purchaser is
conclusively presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on the purchasers’ behalf. The person accepting delivery is required to sign and print their name on the delivery note to confirm goods were received in good and acceptable condition. Should delivery be made upon the purchasers’ instruction to any person or address other than the registered delivery address, legal company name will not be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancy of the order. Signature for delivery is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Please ensure that you supply us with your Delivery Address this is where you will be between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are not able to supply us with this address and there is no person to sign for your parcel at the address given by you, attempts to contact the receiver will be made by
the courier company and a further 2 attempts will be made to deliver the parcel. If the courier company is still not able to finalize the delivery after the 2 further attempts, the parcel will be returned to us (the sender) and you will be liable for the cost of the parcel being redelivered to you.
